The base of this incredible sauce is made from roasted tomatillos and green tomatos. Other ingredients include locally sourced honey, agave nectar, and organic dark honey. There are other flavor enhancers including coleman mustard powder, mustard seeds, fresh peppercorns,cider and distilled vinegar, carrots, vidalia onions, and white pepper. Peppers include smoked habanero, smoked serrano, carolina reapers, and ghost peppers.
