Man, what a fun and unique sauce this was to create! I've always had a crush on spicy margaritas so I thought it would be fun to turn it into a sauce. This sauce has a nice smokyness to it as well as a nice fresh lime bite! Toss this into any marg for a fun kick or use it as a fun vinaigrette on salads! At the end of the day... its uses are only restricted by your imagination!

The base of this sauce is..... you guessed it... Watermelon! But additions of ginger, lime zest, smoked sea salt, black and white peppercorns, roasted carrots, agave nectar, mint and distilled vinegar. Peppers included in this are smoked hatch chilis, roasted chili peppers, peach reapers and red chili flakes.
